Annual Home Appreciation
Nov 2014 – Nov 2015
Most Appreciation (within the 20 cities)
- Portland = +11.1%
- San Francisco = +11.0%
- Denver = +10.9%
Obviously not the NBA. Portland edges out the monster San Francisco real estate market, at least with this November data.
For October 2015 to November 2015, however, none of the other 20 cities covered by Case-Shiller could touch Miami with its 0.8% appreciation in that single month.
The poor appreciation in Washington D.C. surprises me. During the real estate bust, home prices didn’t fall as much in Washington D.C. as in the other bubble markets.
